Dear Valued Guest, The Resort is closed during winter season. All activity programs including Restaurant menus will be uploaded shortly before the Resort opens for the summer.


Happy Baby & Royal Family rooms, Lollo & Bernie Suites and rooms with Comfort Package are cleaned every day between 8:30 and 15:30. If you wish to have your apartment cleaned at a specific time, please contact our Help Desk.  

All other apartment types have two non-cleaning days (Monday and Thursday) per week, the cleaning will be done between 8:30-15:30.

There is no cleaning service available after 22:00.

If you wish to change your bath towels and/or bed linen: Please place the items in the laundry basket in your bathroom.

Pool & Beach towels can be exchanged at Help Desk - Please kindly bring your used towels with you in order to change them.

If you are travelling unspecified, the cleaning of the apartment is not included. Please contact our Help Desk if you wish to purchase cleaning service.
