Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and inspired, by the traditional Vinyasa Yoga system. Yoga practice soothes your body and mind while excercising mobility, strenght and balance. This is a yoga class for beginners to yoga as well as more experienced participants. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Lollo is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. Her best friend, Bernie, is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. During Lollo or Bernie's Appearance they will walk around the hotel area to greet all children.  Come and meet them!

Did you know that Bernie comes from the deep forest in the north? During this activity we will go out on an exciting forest adventure where we will get to know all of Bernie’s animal friends. We will also learn more about Bernie’s heritage and how he ended up at this hotel.                                                                                                                                              During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. The activity is created in collaboration with World Animal Protection.

Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, listen to music, play games, make arts & crafts and join our fun activities.

A calm and gentle yoga class that increases your flexibility and gives you peace of mind. Yin Release is based on the principles of yin yoga where you stay in each pose for a longer period of time and it will give you rest and relaxation for the muscles, nervous system, connective tissue and mind.   Note that this is a very slow and meditative class, preferably have warm and comfortable clothes. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Join our fitness class while your child will be taken care off by our competent activity team. Leave your Child 10 minutes before the class starts in the Fitness Studio. The babysitting option is available for children age 3-11.

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

This class provides functional fitness training for the core muscles. Core is perfect to combine with other classes or as an individual choice. Show up 5 min before class starts.

At Lollo & Bernie´s After Beach there will be sing-a-long, rhythmics and gentle moves for both old and young. Join us in Lollo & Bernie's After Beach.

Come on and show your best dance moves on Lollo & Bernies very own Mini Disco, followed by a hug session with Lollo & Bernie.
